The Marketplace is home to many shops and restaurants some of the more well known are Earl of Sandwich, T-Rex Cafe, Rainforest Cafe, the Lego Store and the World of Disney Store.

The Landing is the town’s transportation hub and marina. The Landing features nautical-themed restaurants and shops, including Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar and the Boathouse. The Landing is the formerly known Pleasure Island from Downtown Disney.

Town Center is the town’s central business district, featuring Spanish Revival architecture from the 1920s. The Town Center area also features the namesake “springs”. This area of Disney Springs is home to many places to shop and eat some of the well known shops are; Blaze Pizza, Coca-Cola Store, Sephora, The Polite Pig, Uniqlo, and D-Luxe Burger.

West Side is the town’s exposition center. This area is home to the House of Blues, Planet Hollywood, Splitsville and many other shops and places to eat.

Disney Springs is a small town in Florida that started around a series of natural springs. Disney Springs then grew into four neighborhoods: Marketplace, The Landing, Town Center, and West Side.
